Hal Greer, Port Director
Hal was hired as port director in August 2009. He came aboard with 16 plus years experience as the Executive Director of the Hickman-Fulton County Port Authority located in Hickman, KY at mile marker 922 on the Mississippi River. He also served as Executive Vice President of The Building Industry Association of Okaloosa and Walton Counties, Inc. in Fort Walton Beach, FL from 2005 - 2009. Hal currently serves on the Tennessee River Valley Association Board of Directors, Shoals Area MPO Technical Coordinating Committee and Area Maritime Security Committee.
Vickie Willard, Port Attorney
Vickie is a practicing attorney with O'Bannon & O'Bannon, L.L.C. She has represented the Port for four years, after sharing counsel responsibilities with Stewart O'Bannon, Jr. The O'Bannon firm has been actively involved with the Port Authority since Mr. O'Bannon, a State Senator, assisted in its legislative creation in the 1980's. Vickie practices in the areas of administrative law, criminal and juvenile defense, probate & estates, and civil litigation.
